This week Cheryl Meyer joins Dr. Drema to discuss the importance of taking care of your body and your health. She shares her personal experiences of learning how to listen to what your body needs and how to heal it. In doing so, she learned how to eliminate toxins from her day to day life and in doing so, improved her overall health.
